Preguntas para examen, Capítulo 6

Hola Clase!
Thank you so much for coming to the presentation, I thought they were awesome and I hope everyone learned a little more about Oaxacan culture from the study abroad students.
I hope the take-home-test idea was ok with everyone, the presentations went a little longer than anticipated so I thought this might be the easiest way to make use of our time.

Please return the test to me ASAP that way I can have them graded for you by next class. If you need my address again, feel free to email. If you could also remember to bring your workbooks to class next week that would be great.

Remember, Composition #2 will be due next week, and also corrections of Composition #1.

Below are the 5 questions you need to answer for the first part of your test. Obviously in Spanish. Gracias, nos vemos el próximo martes, que tengan una buena semana!

1. Prefiere usted conducir coches automáticos o de cambios mecánicos?
2. Qué puedo hacer si mi coche no arranca?
3. Qué ciudad importante han visitado usted y su familia?
4. Ha hecho usted algo interesante últimamente?
5. Cuántas clases de español había tomado usted antes de tomar ésta clase?

FYI

Hola Clase!

FYI the accent marks in MySpanishLab are not functioning properly. If you put an accent mark it will count the problem wrong. My suggestion is put the accent mark in and we will re-correct the answer. We will let you know when this problem has been fixed. Gracias!

Spanish Tutoring at South Campus

Free Spanish Tutoring!

I would like to inform you that Drop-in tutoring assistance for Spanish will begin this week at the South Omaha Campus. The schedule will be on Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30-2pm. These sessions will take place in Room 212, inside the Academic Resource Center, in the Connector Building.
The tutor will be available to answer questions regarding assignments. We ask the students to come prepared with specific questions after attempting to do as much of their work as they can. The tutor will also be facilitating conversation groups.
All students who have placed a request for a Spanish Tutor through Tutor Services have been contacted and given this information. If other students want to participate, they are also welcome to join the groups.
I hope that many students will take advantage of this free assistance offered to Metro students. If a student is unable to come during the scheduled drop-in times, additional openings may be made available.
